Games With Gold For April 2020 Revealed

The Games With Gold for April have just been announced. As always, you’ll get to download and keep four games as part of your Xbox Live subscription. Like every other month, two games will be Xbox One titles and two will be from the Xbox 360 catalogue. Of course, the 360 games will be playable on the Xbox One thanks to wonders of backwards compatibility.

The four games on offer with Games With Gold for April are as follows.

• Project Cars 2 – April 1 to 30 (Xbox One)
• Knights of Pen and Paper – April 16 to May 15 (Xbox One)
• Fable Anniversary – April 1 to 15 (360 and Xbox One)
• Toybox Turbo – April 16 to 30 (360 and Xbox One

Project Cars 2

Project Cars 2 was released back in September 2017. The sim heavy racer was developed by Slightly Mad Studios and published by Bandai Namco. Project Cars 2 features over 180 cars which you can race on 140 different track layouts in 60 locations. The game has track, as well as off road racing. Dynamic weather and track temperatures can cause race conditions to change from lap to lap. It’s a fantastic racing game and well worth checking out if you’re a fan of Forza Motorsport.

Knights of Pen and Paper Bundle

Knights of Pen and Paper Bundle contains both Pen and Paper games from publisher Paradox Interactive. Both games are turn based RPGs and offer hours of fun adventuring. You can play as both the in-game characters and the Master. Knights lets you choose what battles you want to fight in and what monsters get to fight.

Fable Anniversary

Fable Anniversary was developed by the now shuttered Lionhead Studios. It was published by Xbox Game Studios in February 2014. Anniversary is a HD remastered version of the original with new lighting and textures. Fable Anniversary contains The Lost Chapters and it’s the definitive way to enjoy this all time classic from 2004.

Toybox Turbo

Toybox Turbo was developed and published by Codemasters back in November 2014. You can collect and customize 35 vehicles on 18 different tracks. It has six modes of play and will provide hours of fun. Toybox Turbo is a racing game very similar to the classic Micro Machines.
